Training Your Pet to Use Your Pet Stop System
Initially, we allow for your pet to receive about 7-10 days of training. Initially the training is focused on handling and exposure to various correction techniques, followed by a less  intensive training.

The initial training of a dog is critical, incorrect training makes for disappointing results. The second critcal thing to realize is that not all training is permanent. Over time your pets can become accustomed to their system, which can lead to a breakdown in their controlled boundaries. By combining a wide array of receiver settings with our tried and tested training techniques, Pet Stop has a significant advantage over these other products and can manage behavioral concerns before they develop into bad habits.

Do I take part in the training process?
Absolutely. Your participation is a crucial part of the process. We do realize, of course, in today's busy world that your time is a precious commodity. Reinforcement Training
The program is organized into short daily sessions lasting for up to 10 days. While most pets pick things up quickly and learn to respect the boundary, others may require additional conditioning. We are ready to assist you if you’re having difficulty with any part of the training program. That's what we are trained to do - be ready to help or lend advice when necessary.

After the training program is successfully accomplished, your pet will be free to roam and play within the safety of their new Pet Stop electronic fence system, enjoying a new kind of freedom they’ve never had before.
